Editorial policy

How we research, write, review and update our ADHD content, and the limits of what we publish.

How we write

Every article starts from a real everyday problem people with ADHD ask about. We aim for plain language, short steps and practical systems you can try today.

How we check facts

  • Health facts are checked against trusted sources such as the CDC, NIMH and professional organizations, and linked in each article.
  • We say when something is an informal community term (like “time blindness” or “AuDHD”) rather than a diagnosis.
  • We avoid medication advice and always point readers to a clinician for decisions about their own care.

Updates and corrections

We review articles regularly and update them when guidance changes. If you spot an error, please tell us; we correct mistakes quickly.

Independence

We don’t accept payment to cover topics or to recommend apps, products or providers. If that ever changes, we’ll label it clearly.
