About I Post About ADHD
Practical, no-shame ADHD education: visual guides, systems and free tools for real life.

Hi, I’m the person behind I Post About ADHD. I make the visual guides you see on Pinterest, and this site is where I put everything that doesn’t fit in a pin.
I care about one thing above all: help you can actually use on a real day, including the messy ones. If something here helps, or something is missing, email me. I read every message.
I Post About ADHD started as a Pinterest account sharing clear, visual explainers about ADHD, executive function and everyday systems. This site is its home: a growing library of practical guides and free tools for adults with ADHD and AuDHD, and the people who support them.
What we believe
- ADHD isn’t a character flaw. It’s a different way of regulating attention, time and energy, with real challenges and real strengths.
- Systems beat willpower. The most useful help changes the environment: visible time, smaller steps, fewer decisions.
- Hard days count. Every system should have a minimum version.
- Evidence matters. We link to trusted sources and say clearly what’s research and what’s lived experience.
What we are not
We’re an education site, not a medical practice. We don’t diagnose, treat or give medication advice. See our medical disclaimer and editorial policy.
